Bahamas Resolve Limited (“Resolve”) is wholly-owned by The Government of The Bahamas and controls a limited portfolio of commercial loan assets acquired from Bank of The Bahamas Limited (“BOB”). Resolve was implemented so the BOB could focus on sustainable financial performance. Resolve ensures a pool of problematic loans is removed from BOB’s portfolio, and over a period of approximately 10 years, those assets will be resolved.
